- A one-way hash of your password (the password itself is never stored)
- Optional account settings you choose to save

- The minimum identifiers needed to make API calls on your behalf (for example, a Google Ads customer ID or a Shopify shop domain)
- Any API keys you choose to add through your dashboard, stored in our database with restricted access
- A personal connector token we generate for you, which authenticates requests from your AI assistant to our service
We do not store the actual content fetched from these third-party services. Campaign data, product information, performance metrics, and similar content is fetched live on each request and returned to you, never persisted on our side.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the service
- Make API calls to third-party services on your behalf, when you ask us to
- Communicate with you about your account or important service changes — usually by email
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve the service over time
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Third-party services
Our tools work by connecting to external services that you authorize. You always control this access:
- You grant access through the third party's own admin interface (for example, by inviting our service account into your Google Ads account, or by installing our app from the Shopify App Store).
- You can revoke access at any time from that same admin interface, without needing to contact us.
- You can regenerate your connector token in your www.screenshotmcp.net dashboard at any time. This immediately invalidates the previous token.
- When you delete your account, we remove your stored data within 30 days. Operational logs are purged on the same 30-day cycle.
Cookies and sessions
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Data security
We host data in encrypted databases. All connections to our service use HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Database backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.
No system is ever 100% secure, but we follow standard practices and respond promptly to any concerns.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. You can exercise these by emailing us at the address below. We typically respond within a few business days.
Children
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
